The Heart of Yoga: Workshops for 2010
Inspiration for the Inner Path
These workshops and retreats aim to inspire and illuminate our yoga
and meditation practice. Whatever form our practice takes, it needs
to evoke the heart of yoga so our deepest inner journey can unfold.
Workshops are repeated throughout the year for each topic. Workshops
can be taken singly or together as a comprehensive unfolding of the
inner path of yoga.
