From Breath to Being
Yoga & Meditation Retreat
16 - 20 November 2012
Optional Weekend Retreat November 16-18 if places available — priority will be given to those who can attend the whole retreat
Let the breath move us. The breath connects us to this inner presence and there we find the heart of practice: life itself, sacred.
It is the breath that renews our yoga practice to keep it fresh, real, transformative and deeply meaningful. We will explore a holistic practice of active and flowing asana, pranayama, chanting, yoga philosophy and meditation with an emphasis on following the breath into our own beingness, a spacious presence naturally awake and open. The breath connects us with this moment and in this moment we can directly experience our deepest self and a natural ease and buoyancy in life.
This retreat is ideal for those who have some yoga experience and want to deepen their yoga practice. Enjoy time out from daily life in bush surrounds, with delicious vegetarian meals and the inspiring practices of yoga and meditation.
