Integrated Yoga & Meditation Class Sunday 10.00-12.00noon


We will explore asana and vinyasa, the breath and meditation with an emphasis on opening the body, heart and mind. This is an active class with a slow sunday feel and includes salute to the sun accompanied by chanting.


An open class, no booking needed. Beginners and experienced welcome. Cost $20/$18 or $180/$160 for a 10 class pass valid for 3 months. 
 


Dynamic Yoga Class Monday 5.30-7.00pm


A strong class with an emphasis on asana and flowing movement to nourish strength and flexibility. We will focus on natural alignment principles and the cultivation of energy. An open class, no booking needed. For those with at least some experience. Cost: $20/$18 or $180/$160 for a 10 class pass valid for 3 months. 


Meditation and Restorative Yoga 10 Week Course Monday 7.30-8.30pm


This course explores the art and techniques of meditation with an emphasis on the breath, body awareness and mindfulness. When we rest the body, we can release our layers of conditioning and rest in the part of ourselves that is spacious, open and naturally awake. From this inner beingness, meaning, direction and inspiration can naturally arise. When we connect with this presence in a genuine way, it can be life-transforming.


A continuous course, students can start any week, just turn up no booking needed. Try one class for $15 then you can get a 10 class pass for $120, valid for 3 months. 
  


Heart of Yoga 10 Week Course Wednesday 6.15-8.00pm


Our deepest self is already awake, spacious, open and intimately connected with all of life – how then does this guide our practice? Using an integrated approach of asana, pranayama, bandhas, chanting, philosophy and meditation we will explore ways of moving and being that reveal our spacious, open self. Using deep and natural alignment principles and following the breath, we will use our practice to connect with our self and with all of life. We will draw on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and other yoga texts for inspiration. We will explore how all the techniques of our practice can reveal our essence – the silent, vibrant presence within. The heart of yoga is your own heart, intimately connected with all of life.


For students with at least one year’s yoga experience. This is a year long course – students can join in 10 week blocks and you can join any week but please book to check spaces are available as this course fills. Cost: $170/$150 for 10 weeks to be used within 3 months. No casual attendance.
